Applications
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as grease, oil, and dust. Mechanical preparation is recommended to achieve a suitable profile for coating adhesion.
- Priming: Apply a suitable primer if required, especially on porous or challenging surfaces.
- Mixing: Use specialized equipment to thoroughly mix the resin and hardener components in the specified ratio. Mechanical mixers are recommended for consistent blending.
- Application: Apply the mixed coating using high-pressure, heated plural-component spray equipment. Ensure even coverage and desired thickness.
- Curing: Allow the coating to cure fully before exposing it to mechanical stress or chemical exposure. Full curing typically occurs within 24 hours.
